Condo on Waikiki

After our beach house in quiet Kailua, we spent three days in a condo, in Honolul near Waikiki..very different.



Paul and I had a one-bedroom and the Fields had a two-bedroom down the hall.
Mason slept on the hide-a-bed in our livingroom (above.)





We were on the twelfth floor; the pool and tennis courts were on the sixth floor; view from our window.





I was sitting on a bench and this flower
drifted down from a tree into my lap!

There is a lot happening on Waikiki near the big hotels!



One of the first hotels on the beach--the Royal Hawaiian, now dwarfed by all the newer ones.





The guy in the red goes around lighting the fire posts.
